Swedish streetwear brand WeSC - We are the Superlative Conspiracy - has opened its second stand alone boutique in Paris, just off the Canal St Martin in the up-and-coming 10th arrondissement, not far from the Quai de Jemmapes skatepark. WeSC (pronoucned We-ess-see) pitches itself as a street fashion brand for intellectual slackers and is a big voice in the skateboarding community, but reaches out to the wider public through collaborations with anyone from hotels like The Standard to artists such as Mode2. We went along to the opening party where WeSC champagne was served and hip hop courtesy of DJ Simsima was played to the packed crowd who checked out the womenswear, menswear, shoes and headphones.
